THE DRIVE

Our Road trip began early morning, 9am to be exact. As always I watched Kami take a shower as we chit-chatted about the last few nigths and our up coming trip. I just can't stop looking at her or talking to her. We are apart so much that any chance we get to spend together is a huge bonus. We often don't go to sleep till very late just to make the day last longer.

So this morning we gathered our things, unloaded equipment from my truck, and de-porned my place. Yes I said "de-porned". My living room is a clue into my business life from framed articles to magazines to copies of my movies. I have this silly cat (Ruffles) that loves to knock stuff over. Ruffles will need to be fed or atleast checked on. (pictured: Ruffles sleeps on her back) My folks volunteered to do so but the porn gots to hide. My mom knows what my bro and I do but our dad doesn't. Silly how the mom is very understanding and supportive while the dad is very old fashioned. All was good but I guess while my dad was checking on the litter box he found Kami's hot little panties all over her bathroom floor. My story is that Ruffles must have done it and I am sticking to it.

We went to my friend's house to see his baby girl. She is around 9 months and this was the first time I would have seen her in person. I feel like an ass but damn he lives far. The little girl is so cute! Her facial expressions are priceless. My friend, I'll call him El Diablo, is into Tiki stuff and has built an awesome Tiki Hut in his backyard. Kami loved the little girl and couldn't let go of her, carrying her around everywhere. He is planning on building a sunken pirate ship in the near future.

Next we were on our way to Alien Jerky store. Kami really liked my friends, she said "they were really nice people." And they are. Friends like them keep me grounded in life.

We were both starving and needed to fill our bellies. So what's a better place to go to then Weinerschnitzel! It's a about weiners and buns on this trip so what's a better way to start then with them literally. Kind of strange place, nice big outside mall but the people inside looked at us as we were some sort of freaks. The meal was good even with Kami having a ketchup fight with my hot dogs. If there are too many ketchup packets left over run for your life or atleast cover your food before Kami has a chance to pop them open. After that hearty breakfast we gathered our equipment for the trip ahead. For some reason Kami's shirt didn't want to stay on her boobies and kept jumping off them. I had to capture this crazy moment with my still camera. As you can see in the picture, Kami is struggling to keep her booby covered. Kami says, "roooaaarrr!"

On the road to get some jerky we decided to flip flop CD's. Kami's first then mine. She chose Johnny Cash, I chose Journey. As we approached Baker, the home of the Bun Boy, Largest Therometer, and of course Alien Jerky, we played the guess the temperature game. Kami tried to cheat by changing her guess after seeing the truck's temp. gage. But to no avail, I WON. We both had a wager in mind as you can tell by this VIDEO CLIP <click>. Ultimately we both won :)

We finally arrived at the Alien Jerky and took loads of pictures. So many that my still camera died and we had to move on to Kami's. This place is pretty cool with a huge variety of Jerkys. Teriyaki, old fashioned, turkey, rabbit, beef, buffalo ... you name it, they had it. They even had some cool t-shirts, mugs, hats, and other stuff to make money of silly tourists lik us. We spent about 30 minutes running around inside and outside taking pictures and video as well as trying to figure out what type of jerky to buy for the road. This place had this kick ass car parked outside with dead aliens inside. It's weird how the government hasn't confiscated those bodies yet and what's even weirder is how those bodies have been preserved into the car. I assume the car is refrigerated from the inside.

I was confused about what jerky to buy. It all looked so good but a decision needed to be made. I had to be a big boy (oops I am already a big boy), I guess I needed to suck it up and make a dang decision. Teriyaki and Salmon were my choices, Kami grabbed the buffalo jerky.

After a few minutes of being ultra-tourists we headed for the Bun Boy Restaraunt and that Thermometer. At the Bun Boy we took pics. of our Buns (mine were covered by my jersey) and then by the thermometer. Sadly the Kami ones didn't turn out:(.

Before getting back on the freeway, we went to the Mad Greek's for what people say is the best Strawberry shake around. The price wasn't the best, neither w was the 10 minute wait for it. But that freakin shake rocked. It's topped woth looked and tasted like rasberries and whipped cream and even had a small umbrella on it. we paid $15 for a small and a large. Obviously I got the large and it lasted me all the way to vegas. Which was around another hour or so.

We pulled into Las Vegas right before the Steelers game. Anyone who knows Kami, knows how passionate she is about her Steelers. We managed to get into our hotel room as the game started. Perfect timing and perfect way to watch the game. At leats for me. We spent the first half watching the game and entertainig each other during the commercial breaks. I must say it was the best way to spend watching the first half of the game. At halftime we ran downstairs and overpaid for some shitty food from the cafe. After the game we both crashed from the long few days.
